Creamed Spinach Macaroni and Cheese

This yummy mac and cheese recipe is super creamy and cheesy. Plus it has spinach mixed in to balance it all out.

INGREDIENTS 

  • 6 oz pasta
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 oz mozzarella
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic
  • 10 oz frozen chopped spinach
  • ⅛ teaspoon nutmeg optional
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan

INSTRUCTIONS 

  • Cook pasta to al dente according to package directions and drain.6 oz pasta
  • In a large saucepan over medium-low heat, begin to heat up the soup and milk. Stir in the cream cheese and mozzarella and cook until cheeses are melted and the mixture is smooth.1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 cup milk, 4 oz mozzarella, 4 oz cream cheese
  • Add the seasonings, spinach and pasta. Stir to coat.½ teaspoon pepper, ½ teaspoon garlic, 10 oz frozen chopped spinach, 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • Remove from heat and stir in the Parmesan cheese.¼ cup grated Parmesan
