INGREDIENTS :
- 1/2 Creamy peanut butter
- 8 ounces softened cream cheese
- 1/2 c softened butter
- 1 c miniature Reese’s peanut butter c unwrapped and cut into halves
- 1 Box Dark Chocolate Fudge Cake Mix (oil, Eggs, water)
- 1/2 c chocolate chips
- 4 c powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS :
- Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
- Apply cooking spray in a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Add the eggs, oil, cake mix, and water into a mixing bowl. Beat until well blended.
- Transfer the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly. Make sure to press it to the bottom of the dish.
- In a separate bowl, add peanut butter, vanilla, butter, and cream cheese. Stir until well blended.
- Add powdered sugar gradually and beat every addition until well blended
- Add the cream cheese mixture over the chocolate mix and spread it evenly.
- Sprinkle the chocolate chips and Reese’s peanut butter cup on top.
- Place inside the preheated oven and bake for about 50 minutes or until done.
- Remove the cake from the oven and allow it to rest for a few minutes at room temperature.
- Slice the cake into even pieces.
- Top each serving with vanilla ice cream.
- Serve and enjoy!
