Crock Pot smothered pork chops are a family favorite and this recipe is especially easy because it uses the crock pot. Serve over egg noodles or mashed potatoes for a delicious dinner the whole family will love!
Summer is here and that means I’m making loads of crockpot recipes – weird, right?
Most people think of the crockpot as a winter tool, but I love it in the summer when I don’t want to heat up the whole kitchen and we’re out running around all day!
These crockpot smothered pork chops are one of those recipes that I make on repeat. It’s beyond simple, just like my crockpot ranch pork chops, but seriously just always a big hit!
I serve these over our Amish egg noodles or some Instant Pot Mashed Potatoes! These are also tasty served with our rice pilaf.
This smothered pork chops recipe is legit simple. The gravy makes itself right in the slow cooker with the pork chops so you basically just dump everything in there and then go live your life. I love recipes like that and I bet you do too!
